Karla Fernandes is an electrical engineer and executive with more than 25 years of experience in fiduciary services, capital markets and corporate trust. She has worked at institutions such as JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and TMF Group, holding leadership positions in Corporate Trust, Structured Finance and Capital Markets, including the implementation of Corporate Trust teams in at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and TMF Group, and the leadership of Corporate Trust sales for Brazil and Latin America at TMF Group. She is recognized for her ability to develop and expand business in complex environments, building long-term relationships with issuers, investors and financial institutions.
At Lumen Trust, Karla is responsible for commercial strategy, business development, client relationships and institutional positioning in fiduciary and capital markets services.
Karla holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

Diogo Malheiros

Diogo Malheiros is a lawyer and executive with more than 25 years of experience in banking, capital markets, structured finance and project finance. He has worked at institutions such as Santander, HSBC, Citibank, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas and TMF Group, leading complex credit, capital markets, security and debt restructuring transactions. He is recognized for his ability to integrate legal, operational and strategic perspectives, structuring and executing highly complex transactions with precision, strong governance and a clear focus on results.
At Lumen Trust, Diogo is responsible for operations, legal and compliance, with a focus on fiduciary and capital markets services.
Diogo holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from FMU/SP, a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP/Cogeae, and LL.M. in Banking and Capital Markets from IBMEC-SP.
